INSTRUCTORS At the Reston Budoshin Jujitsu, Tactical Baton, and Martial Arts School Each Dojo has one Sensei; in Reston this is Bruce Jones, MS.

Supporting him are a number of Sempai: instructors (with black belts) and assistant instructors (those holding brown belts). Jones Sensei has made it clear many times that his school is a Teaching School: everyone is expected to progress to the point that they begin helping with instruction and eventually become instructors. It is no accident that a Shodan certificate is separate from the Instructor's certificate that comes from the American Jujitsu Association.
