Learn new skills. Get in shape. Make some new friends. Men, women, and “coachable” teens are welcome in this not-for-profit environment. Please feel welcome to just stop in and watch this traditional Japanese “jujitsu”-based class and have your questions answered. Classes are regularly held, throughout the year, at the Fairfax County YMCA in Reston at 12196 Sunset Hills Road Reston, VA 20190 on: Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm; Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm; and Sundays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Students are encouraged to make at least 2 out of the 3 classes offered each week. Classes are ongoing. Sign up at any time. Costs are minimal for 48 hours of excellent training over an 8 week registration cycle for: $65.00 with a YMCA full membership; or, $130.00 as a YMCA “program only member”. Questions?
