WOMENS SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING

The Reston Budoshin School periodically provides, free of charge, intensive self-defense clinics for

concerned and interested women in the Reston Community Center at Lake Anne, Reston, Virginia.

Suplemental women's self-defense courses have also been taught at the Alexandria, Virginia, YMCA

and at the Sterling, VA, chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

This is part of our Community Outreach efforts -

It is startling to see what can be learned in just two hours - some very specific techniques that can disable

and cripple an attacker without using strength, only leverage and pressure.
