You have the option of training 2 days a week ($110 for full members/$140 for program members) or 1 day a week ($77 for full members/$98 for program members).

We train Monday nights, 7:30-9:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
