Our Fall I session begins August 28 and runs until October 22. Please note there is no class September 2 and 4 due to the YMCA shutdown. Click here for our current flyer.
You have the option of training 2 days a week ($110 for full members/$140 for program members) or 1 day a week ($77 for full members/$98 for program members).
We train Monday nights, 7:30-9:00 and Saturday mornings, 10:30-12:00.
You do not need to wait for the beginning of a session to join us — sign up any time. Give us a try and sample one week of classes free of charge!
